  • Welcome to this two-story lake-view condo just steps from Lake Ray Hubbard. Walk to the lake in about a minute for morning coffee by the water or sunset strolls. Located in a quiet, family-friendly community, it’s clean, safe, and affordable—perfect for families, small groups, or business travelers. Boat rentals are available at the Marina. The community is across from Captain's Cove Marina. The Bass Shop Pro is also nearby for outdoor enthusiasts.

    Minutes from I-30, 190, 635, shopping, dining, and Captain’s Cove Marina, with Dallas, Rowlett, and Rockwall nearby.
