Really enjoyed the property! Awsome front guest attendants helped me with my checkin and parking. Tilon of amenities and awesome views of the Dallas skyline. Katty trail is literally across the street and the American Airline Arena is only a 10 min walk. I would recommend this property to anyone that really want to experience Dallas

Amazing Hotel for Family or Business
This is by far the best suite I have ever stayed at. I was here for a husibess trip and it was a short walk from downtown Dallas where I had a meeting. The room was very nice and well layed out in a stunning building. The only confusing parts were around the check-in process. I arrived later in the afternoon so the door was locked. Also the name "Locale" was never on the building, it was "The Katy" which is a bunch of condos, it seems like the owner of the building rents out a block of condos as a pop-up hotel. I was just unsure if I was in the right building and security had to walk me to a hallway that was hidden to find the panel to collect my room key. I would never have found my room key without him. Some signage would go a long way. The only criticism I have with the room itself is that it needed a deep clean. The room was clean when you give it a quick glance but if you look closely you will see a lot of scuffs on the wall that can be fixed with a scrub or a coat of paint. There was also a lot of dust on the top of the refrigerator and appliances. It did not bother me as I do not expect a white-goove treatment but it may be a huge put-off for some, especially someone with allergies. Although the hotel is not pet-friendly, the condos are and there is a chance you may ride up in the elevator with a dog. I love dogs but some people may be allergic and sensitive to this. I would advise making it a pet-friendly hotel

Nice place, very low water pressure
I really enjoyed Locale Victory Park. The apartment was clean, spacious and had a great view of the city. The pool and hot tubs were a great way to end the work day. My only quibbles is the very low water pressure. It made showers and just brushing your teeth difficult. (It was that low.) The neighborhood is emerging so there isn't much retail nearby. The adjacent Katy Trail was nice.

Easy checkin and checkout. Comfortable apartment with adequate kitchen tools for basic cooking, huge bathroom with closet, and a nice bed. Also enjoyed the coffee shop downstairs!
