I booked the property for 12 nights. The property manager was accommodating from day 1. She communicated well and was willing to go the extra mile to accommodate our needs. We booked for a business trip and all of our guest enjoyed the property and the experience. It gave a relaxed atmosphere and made our guest feel like they were home away from home. Will definitely reconsider booking again for our events in the future.

This host started our reservation by canceling it, stating she failed to sync her calendars.-Strike1. We said no problem and booked another property. Due to storms, and water damage that reservation got canceled. I searched for more properties to book, and this property was available, once again. I messaged the host to confirm the dates were available. She stated the property is available. I booked the property. The host's next message was how many guests would be with you. I replied with the exact number of adults, kids, and dogs. She replied 'Roger that". 1 week later, she sent a payment request for extra guests. I was unsure of this request, being we were the guests. I had so many questions but paid with no hesitation.-Strike2. The day of our check-in, the host sends a payment request for double the amount of the entire reservation.-Strike3. Then sent a message stating it must be paid to check in. I received a call from Vrbo next asking me if would i be paying the final balance. I asked if they could explain the circumstances- they would not. I asked if they could give my payment credit towards another reservation-they would not. I asked if I could get a refund for my reservation agreement being violated- they would not. Vrbo then put us in a 3-way call, she began to talk so much about her feelings, we never resolved the issue. The host left the impression to be the rudest, absent-minded, integrity-lacking, belligerent, hostile, non-compromisable host I've ever met.
