Everything was in good condition. The plugs in the bathrooms did not work which was a slight inconvenience for 3 women. Also, not sure who lives next door but they clearly smoke marijuana which is seeping into the unit and the upstairs smells terrible when they are active. If you could leave hot tub instructions, that would be nice. We only used it once bc it did not heat back up no matter what we did. Tried following instructions from on line communications with no success. The last concern is the camera that faces the hot tub. I completely understand safety, however it should not be facing the hot tub. The camera could face outward that would allow anyone approaching the property to be seen.
