The manager cancelled my reservation in order to increase the room's price. That is deliberate theft. There was no WiFi. The hotel smelled like vomit and ash tray. The "breakfast" was almost but not quiet non-existent. Oh and the desk clerk was hostile.

Roaches everywhere in the room and bathroom. Dirty bedsheet with blood stain. Shower curtain so old and dirty. Back door could not be lock and anybody could just get in. Iron is messed up and stained my shirt. I would not recommend this place to anybody

I booked ahead of time for my grandma, he’s 65 years old. When he landed in Dallas he called the hotel to verify address and if they offered shuttle, they didn’t answer any of the times he called. He ended up getting another room at another hotel because he was unsure. I called to get a Refund and they didn’t answer still 3 days later. i was told by expedia there’s nothing they could do and my card would be charged for the full amount for a 2 night stay. Zero stars for zero communication or follow thru!!!

Not the best, but very comfortable area to sleep in. No one bothers, and quite area. Hotel is a bit outdated and some beds need to be replaced, but staffs are very nice and attentive that they will always listen to your request.

My room was non-smoking but it smelled horrible. Couldn’t really sleep. Restroom was dirty, toilet was nasty. Hair was all over. Linens smelled bad and had “small” hair all over and stains. Could not dare to make myself some coffee in the morning since the coffee pot was disgusting. There were little pieces of what looked like chicken between the bed and the cover. Fridge and microwave were dirty and sticky. And the towels had yellow and black stains. Luckily we brought our own towels. I needed a room for the entire weekend but we could not stay another night. Now we have to look for something more decent. Expedia did not offer a refund but a small “compensation”. Outrageous 😳

Very good place to stay for the night, nice and clean and quiet. The only problem I had was the comfort of the bed. It was not very comfortable for me but the bed was nice clean with clean bedding.

First room I checked into their was hair on covers. Management did change them out. As I was checking in while at work I left.(tub and toilet was clean). I returned that night after work and noticed that on top of the dresser were razed caps, trash and used Q tips. I went to management and he switched my room. Check those cover same thing hair and the comforter was dirty and had stains just by looking at it you can tell housekeeping had never changed it out in quite some time. Next morning got up for breakfast but as my luck would have it they say they don’t serve free breakfast. I was like well online it is being advertised that breakfast came with and I wasn’t discounted or given any breakfast. Had I know they really didn’t have breakfast I wouldn’t have booked this room

My name is Ryan Horton and I need a refund!!!
I need a refund. I checked in on the 10th of December with my daughter and newborn baby. I laid my baby on the bed for 1 minute then seen a roach on the bed all in the bathroom and some got in our bags it was so bad i was scared to continue our stay and when i went to talk to the supervisor about my problem and asked him for a refund he refused.

Room 130. The toilet tank had a lousy cover from under sized fixture. There was a coffee pot but no coffee. When asked the staff directed me to go to a nearby 711 store. They hallway leading to the rooms reeked of offensive cigarette smell.. I will not stay at this hotel next time.

Major Overhaul
Front desk immediately accused me of having a pet (no pet allowed policy at the hotel), which I do not. I have a toddler. The hallways smell of cigarette smoke and weed. The beds were not comfortable and our room was never tended to (there was no option to opt out of cleaning). The decor is long overdue for an upgrade. However, the rooms were very spacious and the cleanliness was okay. The outside is kind of misleading. There was no mention of breakfast or wifi (there was wifi).

The advertisement for this hotel were what made me book, HOWEVER, upon arrival i checked in and it was ok but going to my room, the hotel had a very strong odor of Marijuana. The room advertised had a nice comfortable looking bed with nice clean sheets and fluffy pillows. I got an OLD, LUMPY DISGUSTING MATTRESS AND 3 FLAT PILLOWS. We had been ther for 1 hour and roaches started crawling on the night stand and there was nothing in the way of toiletries as advertised, just cheap little packets of soap. The advertisement is VERY misleading. The next morning my husband went down for breakfast, AS ADVERTISED IN THE PICTURES, and he was handed 2 packets of coffee to use in the coffee pot that was in our room, YES THE ROOM WITH ROACHES SO I WASNT ABOUT TO USE THE COFFEE POT. ***THE PHOTOS ARE LIES*** ***DO NOT BOOK HERE*** I will be filing a claim with the travel site i booked with to have these people taken off.
