- **Late Check-Out Penalty**: A $50/hour fee applies for overstaying past 11:00 AM to cover cleaning crew scheduling.
- **Key/Fob Return**: Return all keys and fobs to the designated lockbox upon departure. Lost keys incur a $100 replacement fee; lost fobs, $150. Ensure the lockbox is securely closed.
- **Reservation Extensions**: Extensions require 48 hours’ notice before check-out. Requests within 24-48 hours incur a 50% cleaning fee surcharge; under 24 hours, a full cleaning fee applies. All fees must be paid before confirmation.

The space was spotless and smelled wonderful! It was equip with really everything you could need and the building is very secure. It was nicely decorated and the common area has one of the best views of the Dallas skyline. Great stay all around!
