Roaches. We saw a giant roach in the bathroom right when we got into the room. The hallway smells like cigarette smoke, even though every door had a no-smoking sticker plainly visible on it.

It was cool for a 1 night stay, no roaches or funny smells in room, security guard was a big help, my only issue is the horrible parking.

The room was nice and looked as if it had been remodeled recently it was clean when you walked in it smelled clean the refrigerator was new it still had the plastic on it the microwave was in good condition everything seemed to be well taken care of in there

The property has roaches everywhere, you have to rekey your room everyday, the linen is stained and dirty, the rooms are very old outdated and rusty on the fixtures, they don’t provide any necessities you would forget home. The walls are very thin you can hear your neighbors. The channels in the tv barely work, the wifi signal sucks bad.

The room was smaller than expected there were burn holes in everything blankets curtains etc. Booked the room for the pool even called before booking to make sure pool was open then I check in and was told pool would not be open. I checked out a day early and was told I would be getting a refund that was on July 28 today is August 8th. Site said they had to speak with hotel but got no answer so I called hotel and was told they haven't received a call regarding my refund. Told they sent refund to site and booking site is to reimburse me

TRASH DUMP
This hotel is disgusting! To start the staff is rude and very unprofessional. Tried to charge me more upon check-in than I was quoted. I was told they had a pool and when I got there it was green nasty and closed. There were drug dealers and prostitutes in the parking lot as well as homeless people sleeping in the hallways and the doorways. There was trash in the hallways. Housekeeping took my dirty towels the first morning I was there, I asked for 2 days for fresh clean towels and was told they didn't have any. The air conditioner room did not work very well. Every vending machine was empty. People fighting and arguing in the hallways at all hours of the night. Don't waste your money on this crap Hotel

It’s good for a limited stay like last minute. First when I got in the room and checked the bed it was 2 dog foot prints on the sheets, I was so tired I just slept on top with my own blanket. It had this smell when I ran the water which threw me off. Room was neat. Last but not least when I was in my room somebody (a staff member) opened my door and they tried to come in after me settling if I had not locked the top lock they would’ve entered and done who knows what. They didn’t knock or anything just got a spare key and opened the door. It wasn’t the room service because they announce themselves so it had to be the male. And I am a woman by myself so it was frightening.

DO NOT STAT HERE TAKE YOUR FAMILY SOME PLACE ELSE.
From the moment we arrived at the hotel the Stay started off bad. From the escorts an dealers in the parking lot, the hotel has no quiet hours cause @12am you could hear people with loud music and yelling in the hallways, smelt of smoke and other things, very sketchy.Front desk guy was very unprofessional disrespectful and aggressive for no reason at all towards my pregnant girlfriend when she asked for extra towels, then at 8:51am this morning housekeeping was knocking at my room door asking for the dirty towels an when I said please come back, she did almost exactly an hour later. Then front desk guy called us a liar an got mad about it when it was mentioned. Save your time and money and go stay somewhere else and keep your family safe as well. This place is BAD an I travel ALOT ..

You get what you pay for. Overall not bad. The thing that was crazy was none of the doors worked more than once or twice with the keys they gave us. After a one night stay I probably had 8 room keys I had gotten and only one worked. If they can get the doors working it wouldn’t be bad.

Located near highway and various restaurants. Fell asleep and woke up to roaches crawling on and near food items in the room. Hallways smelled like something had died in or nearby rooms. Flying insects throughout hallways. Not safe for myself or my infant child.
