Very basic but also cheap. I spend my $ on better breakfast elsewhere than a 'breakfast' included place. Also this place was clean, staff very nice and area was safe and close to my grand children so that makes for a good motel.

Very dirty especially my room, unsafe because there was many times someone tried to open door! It always smelled like Marijuana(weed). The only thing nice about this place was that they are pet friendly and the gentleman was very nice that checked me in.

My water at my apartments went out. People were working on it but had no time frame. So I got a room for 90bucks down the street, at this motel 6. Familiar with this place cause I use to stay at this one a lot when I was in town from the oil fields back in the 2013 and so. About one hour later, as we we came back to get some food to take to the motel-our water was back on. We didn’t even unpack in this motel room so I asked the front guy if I could get a refund because I don’t need the room anymore. He said no and it was over two hours and just rude and seemed to careless. Not his money. So I basically, No I did pay for a room that I didn’t even use at all. Why shouldn’t I get a refund back??? And it was not even two hours after I asked for a refund. More like 1hr. That’s just not fair, it’s not professional and i didn’t even use that room. I do deserve a refund. But up to Motel 6.

Didn't have any breakfast.. no cereal & barely any coffee... the room had what looked like mold on the roof and the bathroom... there was supposed to be no smoking but the room smelled like nothing but smoke..

The best of the low-cost hotels in the area
The staff is very friendly, and both the room and the overall feel of the hotel is very clean. Everything smelled fresh, which is not common with low cost hotels like this. It’s nice to have a fairly large fridge and solid microwave as well. The only little nitpick is that the top blankets had some stains and a couple of cigarette burns. They were very clean, but these were things that would never come out with cleaning. It’s strange that it would be so clean in every other way, but not replace old, worn out top covers as they become blemished like this. Again, it didn’t ruin anything, and this is truly the best it gets of the budget-friendly hotels in this area (and I have tried others), it’s just odd.

I have experienced extreme racism and total disrespect from the properties staff. I’ve been staying here off and on for almost two years. The young lady that works at the front desk in the morning has a horrible attitude. She screamed and hollered at me and my girlfriend as if we were trash. Because we were 10 minutes late for our daily payment on the following day Of 10/05/2023. I didn’t have a reservation and paid cash. She actually said derogatory comments about my girlfriend. Not to mention. The owners son, who also works from desk occasionally, called my girlfriend nasty. Today when I checked out another African American couple was leaving out. Whom, that I didn’t know. Stated “they are racist”. They all are very disrespectful and treat their guest that are black, as if they are inferior and not even human beings. After yesterday’s incident. I refused to take this treatment any longer.
