Your feedback is extremely valuable to us, as we strive to improve with each and every stay. We want to extend our sincerest apologies concerning the negative experience that you have faced. I have discussed the cleanliness issues you experienced with our team and we have taken several steps to ensure the rooms are checked properly. There simply is no excuse for a guest to check into a dirty room or even a room that gives the appearance of being dirty. I am pleased to let you know that we will be adding hair dryers in all our rooms within the next few months and have hair dryers currently available upon request at the front desk. As stated earlier, we appreciate the feedback, as even negative comments help us correct problems and provide future guests with a better experience. I would love to personally discuss the measures we have taken with you as well as invite you back to our property so we can ensure you continue to consider us your preferred hotel when staying in the area.
