- Step back in time into our mid-century home! 3-bed, 2-bath home restored with authentic charm located near major highways for easy access to all Arlington/Grand Prairie attractions. Only 20-min drive to Dallas and close to Six Flags, AT&T Stadium. This listing is for THE MAIN HOUSE ONLY. A separate GUESTHOUSE with private yard and entrance is also on the property, but both units are separated by a fence. Master bedroom has a 32" Smart Tv. Please read house rules before booking. 31+ day minimum stay required.

We asked our guests to be courteous with the neighbor in the guesthouse and respect quiet hours between 10:00 pm and 7:00am
