Welcome to this peaceful, private and centrally-located studio in Lewisville!
This cute Studio Apt provides the perfect housing for traveling nurses, a professional in the mist of relocation, or visiting family. Great location close to I-35 Fwy, restaurants, Shopping malls, Medical City Hospital (5 minutes down the street), DFW airport and just 20 minutes to Down town Dallas.
This private Studio only accept long term stays: Reservations over 30nights or more.

Place offers a modern and private bathroom with walking shower, toiletries and courtesy towels; Dinning area with a glass top metal table and 4 chair set; well equipped roomy kitchen; a comfortable queen size bed, bedding set and pillows provided; Roku TV, night stand, iron & portable iron table; futon for seating or as an extra bed (queen size) and a work desk; central AC & heating, and for your convenience access to our in-building laundry room w/free W&D (laundry room is a shared area). Private entrance & smart keyless lock, you will have the entire Studio for yourself.

If you enjoy the outdoors, Austin Kent Ellis Park is in a walking distance with a trail, nice picnic area and a playground for fun times.
Also all in walking distance: many breakfast and fast food restaurants like Dunkin's, McDonald's, Popeye's, Starbucks. Also close by supermarkets like Tom Thumb and Walmart.

Not suitable for cats, dogs or any other kind of pet.
