Bedrooms
All three bedrooms are upstairs, keeping the main level open for living and entertaining. Each bedroom has a dedicated desk, making Leese Landing a solid option for remote workers or anyone who needs to stay connected during their stay. The primary bedroom has a king bed and a private en-suite with a walk-in shower and soaker tub, a genuine retreat after a full day. Bedroom 2 is set up with a full-over-twin bunk bed and a trundle, making it the natural fit for kids or younger guests. Bedroom 3 has a queen bed in a quiet corner of the house, away from the main traffic. The upstairs loft rounds out the sleeping arrangements with a sleeper sofa and its own Smart TV, doubling as a hangout space or a comfortable spot for the ninth guest.

Bathrooms
The primary en-suite gives you both a walk-in shower and a soaker tub, so you have options after a long day at the lake. The second full bathroom upstairs has a tub and shower combo, conveniently shared between Bedrooms 2 and 3. A half bath on the main level means guests never have to make the trip upstairs in the middle of the evening.

• RENTAL AGREEMENT •
The primary renter must be at least 21 years of age and be present during the entire stay (No third-party rentals). Minors under 18 can only stay with parent, legal guardian or responsible adult, and must never be left at the property unsupervised. Upon booking, the primary renter will be sent a digital rental agreement to review and sign, and will be asked to provide a copy of a government issued ID. The booking is not complete until this agreement is signed. A copy of the agreement can be requested for review prior to booking.

• OCCUPANCY •
Maximum occupancy is 9 guests, including children. Minors under 18 must be accompanied by a parent, legal guardian, or responsible adult. Children are welcome but must never be left unsupervised at the property.

• POOL RULES •
The pool is 9 feet deep at the deep end. Please know your group's swimming ability before getting in. Children must have direct adult supervision in and around the pool at all times, no exceptions. A life ring with throw line is posted poolside for emergencies. No glass in or near the pool. Please shower before entering to keep the water clean. Be mindful of noise levels, especially in the evening, and respect the community quiet hours. Swim at your own risk, the host is not responsible for injuries or accidents.

• COMMUNITY •
We kindly ask you to treat our home with care and respect to preserve it for future guests and your return visits. Please respect the community noise ordinance from 10 PM to 7 AM and be good neighbors.

• SECURITY •
Cameras are installed at the front entrance, driveway, and on the sides of the home for security purposes. An additional camera overlooks the pool for security and insurance reasons. There are no cameras inside the property.

• HOUSE RULES •
No Parties. No Smoking or Vaping Indoors. No Pets. No Glitter. (Seriously, it gets everywhere.)

• CANCELLATION •
Please review our cancellation policy carefully before booking. Trip insurance is highly recommended for last-minute cancellations.
