Great For AT&T Stadium Event

We booked for Big12 Championship game and it is a easy walkable distance. The home was clean and neat. It was great for our needs.

Wonderful, Beyond Expectations

My family and I stayed at this VBRO house for two nights, and I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. The house was even bigger than I expected—plenty of space to relax, spread out, and truly enjoy the stay. Every room was clean, well-stocked, and thoughtfully arranged. The hosts were excellent communicators from start to finish, checking in at just the right times and providing clear, helpful instructions for everything from check-in to checkout. They even included little extra touches that made the stay feel more personal and welcoming. Everything went smoothly, from booking to departure, and I’d absolutely stay here again. Highly recommend!

Decent

The house is in an older neighborhood close to a semi sketchy convenience store. While it wasn’t scary, it was somewhat sketchy. The house has been updated and was mostly clean. The floors had an oily substance on them in a few spots that were rather slick and dangerous. The outdoor putt putt that’s offered was covered in leaves and in need of the equipment to be updated. It wasn’t awful but it wasn’t a 5 star stay either. Very close to the AT&T Stadium which was what we needed

Lovely home in central Arlington 😊

I have to say I was skeptical renting a home, we usually get hotel rooms when going on vacation,but when I seen this rental on VRBO I was sold, this house was everything and more. Thank you CJ for letting my family and I stay in your beautiful home.

Truly Awful Experience Bed Bug Infestation and Dilapidated Property

We received 15 bed bug bites on our first night. Notified the host and they offered a ChatGPT response that didn't offer any solution but assured me they "take this very seriously."The property is also very run down. The flooring was not installed with expansion gaps so its buckling and cracking everywhere. There's water damage all over the bathroom vanity.Don't plan on preparing any food here - the kitchen doesn't have a single knife for food prep. There's some dollar-store pots and pans but not much more in the kitchen. The backyard has not been maintained at all since the listing photos were taken. There's weeds growing up through the putting green and various grills abandoned in the back yard.It is close to the stadiums though! Globelife is a little far to walk but AT&T is just 15mins or so. If you do stay here (which I don't recommend), grab some Hurtado BBQ--it was the highlight!
