Unfortunately, this guest did not display any concerns during her stay and stated she was well after our conversation. I am unable to confirm any of her claims outside of the boxes in the back of the master closet (new patio furniture, which hadn’t been assembled but doesn’t block access to the closet use) & the broken transition strip & blinds (damages caused during her stay). We do not advertise the home as having garage access therefore, I’m confused why it was assumed she would have access. Unfortunately, I believe her plans were to have a gathering and she was upset when this request was denied. Despite the rules being displayed prior to booking, she wanted to have a gathering which is not allowed. Housekeeping cleans and disinfects the home between each guest. We asks guest upon checkin to please notify us if there is anything that doesn’t meet standards so that we can ensure the stay is off to a pleasurable start, and we didn’t receive any concerns from this guest. We are not sure which furniture she is referring to as being worn as much furniture is less than 1 year old. However, we take all complaints seriously and will walk through the home again to determine if there’s any validity to the accusations. Lastly, all guest are required to obtain the insurance with their reservation to protect damages that may occur. As an owner I have only had to file a claim twice ever and I’ve been an owner for years. I can promise we are not committing insurance claims in the manner in which we are being accused by this guest.

Natalie, I hate to hear that you weren’t satisfied with your stay. I hate that none of your concerns were expressed during your stay as we pride ourselves on customer service and would have been there expeditiously. I do want to address your concerns for other guest reviewing this: 1. Yes I was 3 minutes behind sending your access code for this I apologize. 2. During majority of your stay we had storms and I have no control over Mother Nature. 3. The grill is not broken, if you needed assistance operating it , it would have been my pleasure to assist. 4. The pool was cleaned the morning of your arrival. Again, the storm caused leaves to be blown in which is typical during a storm. 5. Window coverings is a decor choice of ours which allows lot of natural light. If we find other guest do not like it, we will take into consideration; however as of now most guest enjoy it. 6. Housekeeping cleans the home thoroughly after each guest. This is not a complaint that we’ve received but we will address with the company. 7. There are plenty of towels provided. Again, had communication occurred I could have informed you of the location. 8. Detergent is provided in the laundry room for each guest. There’s a bowl directly over the washer with pods in it. Again, had communication occurred I could have informed you of the location. 9. I apologize that the exterior of the home didn’t meet your expectations, however the home is exactly as pictured. We love our home and will not be modifying the exterior.
