Please be advised that all guests will be asked to sign a rental usage agreement that governs the terms of the stay. By completing the reservation you agree to the following:

Minimum age requirement of primary person booking should be 22 years old for non-locals and 25 years old for locals. No weapons or drugs allowed; zero tolerance means police will be called for violating this rule.

Noise policy: Guests must agree to not disturb neighbors at all times during the stay. In addition, guests must agree to observe quiet hours from 9pm-8am each day.

You have access to your own stylish apartment. In addition, you can lounge by the resort-style pool, grill up some dinner at the BBQ courtyard, relax in the zen garden, work out in the fitness center, or enjoy one of the other fantastic, on-site amenities.

Take a stroll around the area, and locate some of the best small businesses, restaurants, and bars in the area. There are a number of attractions, like the Mary Kay Museum, just 10 minutes or so from the property. Still, if you'd like to drive into uptown Dallas, it's just a 17 minute drive away.

We recommend driving near and in Dallas proper, and there are rideshares for those who would prefer not to bring or rent a car. No matter what you want to do, it's easy to get around in this area.

Great experience!

The property was clean, updated & super conveniently located to everything nearby. Its a 1/1 but truly has a lot of space. We loved that the kitchen was well stocked and they even had an extra cot in the closet to use. I stayed with my 5yo and 1yo sons. We had a great time enjoying the pool & game area. Truly loved our stay. The property manager was available to text and responded quickly to all of my questions. Seriously such a great stay!
