Luxurious 3 bedroom 2.5 bath home in the perfect location near Lake Ray Hubbard. Walking distance to downtown Rockwall for shopping and dining and less than 5 minute drive to the local YMCA, Harry Myers Park or Caruth Lake & Park. Home is fully remodeled and features 3 full bedrooms including spacious downstairs master with ensuite bathroom with garden tub, separate shower, double vanities, large walk in closet and natural light. Master also has rollaway twin in closet for extra sleeping. Upstairs bedrooms are spacious and share a hallway full bathroom with shower/tub. One bedroom upstairs includes a luxury queen bed with memory foam topper, large dresser and walk in closet. Other bedroom is set up beautifully with 2 full sized beds with quality mattresses and memory foam toppers, night stand and chargers & spacious closet. Living Room features a huge sectional with lots of seating for your group, Smart TV with full cable, and dining area for hosting your family/friends. Kitchen is fully equipped with everything you'll need for your stay including cookware, plates, cups, cutlery, small appliances and cooking/baking utensils. You'll find a 12 cup drip coffee maker that uses standard filters along with a Keurig that takes standard K-cups. Fridge is full sized with pull out freezer drawer. Tons of cabinet space and pantry for your items. Step out into the backyard oasis and enjoy the luxury of a large pool with fountains pouring out of the stone wall. Right off the fully covered patio, we have an exquisite luxury hot tub with seating for 9. Outdoor area features a smart TV with outdoor seating, coffee table with integrated fire pit, gas grill and yard space. Garage Game Room features a ping pong table, foosball, cornhole, connect 4, ring toss & other games. We have a basketball goal for you in the driveway. This was our favorite short term rental we've ever stayed at - it was so comfortable and CLEAN! The pool was beautiful and well maintained; we spent hours every day in the outdoor seating and grilling area; the location was quiet, safe, and convenient; the inside of the home was filled with little details that made our stay so comfortable; the kitchen had everything we needed to cook meals at home; and the host was easily reachable and proactive to provide everything needed for a great stay. I highly recommend this home!!

Fantastic place

The house was perfect for a family get together. There were great games, pool, hot tub etc. The owners were great and easy to comminicate with. Super convenient location just north of Rockwall square.

Stevenson Family vacation

Family Fun

We had a great time in TX! After full days of exploring the Dallas area and Waco, this house was great to come home to. We enjoyed the pool and hot tub and played lots of ping pong! We loved the outdoor space with the fire table and seating- it was fun to be sit outside to watch movies! Everything in the house was comfortable and very clean. They thought of everything you could possibly need in the kitchen! We would definitely recommend! Thanks for sharing your beautiful home!

Great spot for family

Stayed here with the family for a wedding in Rockwall. Kids loved the amazing park right down the road. The house was super clean and spacious - we were able to fit our daughters pack n play in the closet so it kind of was like four rooms. We appreciated the fans in each room too!

Awesome Dallas Group Trip

My friends and I made it out the groupchat! So happy we chose this VRBO spot as our home away from home. We had 7 adults and we all slept comfortably. The pool and backyard area were gorgeous! The home was clean and just like the pictures. There were plenty of pots, pans, dishes, etc Can’t wait to return

Awesome place!

We stayed as a family. My nephews and daughter loved it. All the games in the garage and the pool. We really enjoyed the decor and feel of homey-ness. And the hot tub! All the instructions were very clear and everything there was thought through in great detail. We just came to relax. Didn’t do much outside of the house. But there is a cute coffee shop and a bunch of great breakfast down the street.

How can you visit Texas without a pool?!

House was great! My family of 5 plus my mom and aunt came to visit my sister and brother-in-law for an end of summer trip! It was HOT but having such easy access to a pool was amazing! Great for the kids as they pretty much lived in it during our stay! Great location and clean! Easy acces to pretty much anywhere! Will definitely keep this property in mind when booking our next trip! Thanks again for your hospitality!

Retreat in Rockwall

Enjoyed our stay. The property was perfect for the four of us (two adults, one tween, one child). Check-in was very easy and tge instructions provided were perfect. The property has some internal cosmetic issues that need to be addressed, such as the front door area, but overall the place was nice and free of any real visual issues. The amenities were great and except for the heat, the entire house would have been used at some point of our stay. The shower water pressure in the master bath needs to be addressed, but it could be as simple as changing the shower head. The upper bath is much better. The swimming pool is PERFECT for beginning swimmers. My younger child is profressing with her swimming and the fact that i could stand in the entire pool allowed her to swim without restrictions. The esthetics of the pool are amazing as well. The waterfalls were a massive hit with my kids. I would have liked a little more personal interaction with the owners, but it wasnt absolutely necessary. I just like a personal touch, rather than online communication. Unsure ill atay in this part of Dallas again as all of my folks are south of the big city, but very happy i chose this location. Thanks a bunch.
