It is a nice apartment, outfitted with everything one would need. On the downside, we found the bed to be not so firm. It was also quite challenging to find. One has to navigate a bit of a maze. Pictures of the various doors and access points would help.

We’ve stayed here twice and this is a great property. We had an issue with the air conditioner not cooling. The communication with StayOvr customer service was great and the property management went above and beyond to fix the issue quickly. I would highly recommend this property. We will definitely stay here again.

Very limited parking. Parking garage was always full and street parking was usually all taken. No spare key (only one key provided). Very limited supply of toiletries in bathroom. TV channels did not seem to be working. Trash on the floor in the apartment building hallways.

Great place to stay

My wife is very picky about staying anywhere else but home. She really liked this apartment style stay and it was very clean. I would definitely recommend to anybody lokking to stay somewhere cozy, clean and elegant.

StayOvr Get Away

It was a great stay! I was impressed with the layout of the room and how convenient everything was. The only thing I’d say that was a surprise was that fact that the room only has basic cable so there was nothing on tv to watch. However, having Netflix and Hulu saved my tv issue. It’s such a nice place not to have better tv options. The front desk people were very nice and took time to answer all my questions before my stay and during. I plan on staying again.

Elegant- but could have been better

This place is new, clean, and very nice… But there were some interesting mixups and missteps. For example, the key fob did not work in the door lock. I reached out via text, and the management company contacted maintenance- super responsive. The lock was blocked off, something had lodged inside the lock, and they had to send maintenance to fix it. That’s not that big of a deal, but when they kept texting me to find out if maintenance was there, it was kind of frustrating. They were just trying to offer service, but I had already let them know that I was leaving the apartment and would not be around until the lock was fixed. The fit and finish is first rate, but the hallways are extremely dark, they all look the same, it is a bit of a maze to find your room even after a couple of days. Also, the large window blinds had several slats missing, and it seemed strange to see these super cheap blinds and what was otherwise a class a executive apartment

Easy check-in process, good communication, and very responsive. The apartment was nice, spacious, and clean. Kitchen had lots of glasses, plates, cutlery, cooking utensils, and pans. Apartment complex had a very large gym and lots of communal outdoor spaces (pool/ bbq area and several courtyards). Thanks for a great stay!

Spacious and convenient

The check-in instructions were lengthy but clear. Upon entering, we enjoyed seeing so much space. However, upon closer inspection, the carpets and couch had several stains. I'm confident the unit was disinfected but the stains on the couch made it feel a little dirty. The communication via texting was very good. Any questions that I had were answered immediately. The refrigerator compressor was noisy but the management company offered to put us into a different unit. All in all, I believe we got the value that we paid for.

Worst stay ever on this beautiful property!!

1st things first!!!! The instructions were a little challenging because they weren’t clear enough. The instructions did not have the apartment number nor did they leave the pool code. I had to call their number for about an hr while playing guess what apartment it was. Once I got a call back and was given the apartment number I was able to fine it, but as soon as walking into the apartment I did not find a parking pass which was annoying to have to make a few trips to the car for my things. The apartment look clean, but dusty!! The blinds were just falling for no reason, which I just set to the side. For being a nice property I didn’t not feel relaxed because I was unable to walk around the apartment without the person from the lower level banging on the ceiling at every hr of the day and night. I was beyond annoyed to have to walk on your tippy toes!!! Such a waste of money and time..

This apartment was reserved for three people. However, there was one washcloth and two towels only. We contacted management and were told he could help us in the morning (we were checking out in the morning and needed showers now). There was one full roll of toilet tissue and one partial roll, a box of Kleenex with 2 tissues and a partial roll of paper towels. We were not expecting a room unequipped with the bare essentials.

Was not aware it was not an actual Hotel is an Apartment Complex when I arrived to the leasing office everybody was confused when I said I was checking in to my Hotel room. They had to call someone to figure it out but the place is very nice and the location is great. Would stay here again

Was fairly poor communication on the renters part instructining me to my room. We showed up and needed to call our host who instructed us we had a last minute room change. Ended up messing up our reservation and did not have the two bedroom unit I ordered. Although we did not have the room we ordered the people I worked with did fix the situation and got me into 2 single bed units. Ended up really enjoying our stay. Only hiccups were after the initial screwup.

Not a great experience overall

Unfortunately we experienced a catalogue of issues with this stay and although there were some positives with the place, they were overshadowed by the issues we faced during the stay. We arrived on New Year's Day and were very tired after a 10 hour flight; by the time we landed we had still not received our check-in instructions (luckily they came through when we were en-route to the property) The property was very difficult to find and it was unclear how we could access the property once we found it. It turns out the check-in instructions did not include the pin code to access the building. We had to call StayOvr to get this information and finally at 9.30pm we were able to access the building. In our apartment; we should have had an access card for the parking garage...but this had not been arranged so we had to call them again and it took us another 45 min to get in to the garage to park our car. We were told the check-in instructions were out of date (why provide them then?) Once in the apartment; there was no information on the facilities around (pool, gym, who to contact if we needed help, how to access wifi etc.) The apartment was not dirty but not clean either, felt a bit grubby; large stains on the sofa, a large broken mirror stored on the floor, light bulbs out in the bathroom, only one bedside table in the bedroom etc. A large nail was sticking up from the carpet in the bedroom which my wife stepped on. We advised StayOvr with no response.
