Hand soap, shower gel, shampoo, conditioner, lotion, shower caps, spare toothbrush / paste, dishwasher liquid and pods, trash can liners, and laundry pods should last through your stay. However, we highly recommend you to review the items provided upon arrival and purchase items as needed per the length of your stay. We have a neighborhood Walmart, Kroger and Home Depot in less than 10 min drive.

Arrival / Entry:
• An electronic keypad is located at the front door. You will receive a door code before your check-in time. Check in is at 4p and checkout at 11a. If you need to arrive early or depart late, contact us and we can accommodate you based on availability
• Parking is available for 2 vehicles in the garage. Garage door opener will be placed inside the house on the entry console. Temporary street parking is available at the front of the house
• Security cameras are located in the front and back of the house for your security. No cameras inside the house
• Guests have access to the entire house except for 1 small storage closet on floor 2

Accommodation Rules:
• At least one of the members staying at the property should be 25+ years old
• Sleeps 8 people. Bringing more people than accounted for will result in a charge of $50 per person exceeding 8
• NO SMOKING & NO PARTIES / GATHERINGS AT ANYTIME - there will be a minimum of $1000 charge for smoking and partying; No loud music
• We do not provide refunds or discounts for stay cancellations due to bad weather, natural disasters or any other situations that is not in our control. We recommend you purchase travel insurance to protect your trip.

My friends and I stayed here for a birthday weekend and it was phenomenal. We loved the location, the beds were amazing and the house is as nice as the pictures. We would definitely stay again!

Great Family Stay

My family and I came for a wedding and spring break and the home was just perfect! We had plenty of space and the area was safe and beautiful. Being sports fans and the weekend of NCAA, along with having kids that sleep with sound, we wish there was more than one TV but we stayed busy and made it work. I highly recommend this home for anyone!

A great location for family

Our family of 5 just LOVED this home during our trip to visit extended family. The home is immaculate and very comfortable. The neighborhood is not only quiet, but also very central to restaurants, shops, and needed conveniences. The kitchen is well enough appointed that our pick toddler was easily accommodated. We will be back! Thank you so much allowing us to use your wonderful property.

Rodeo Weekend!

Beautiful home…very clean, neat and well stocked. Very nice area, close to airport and restaurants. We were a group of 3 couples and had plenty of space for all… we went to the FWSSR which was so fun and enjoyable. Our host was very helpful and quick to reply to us. Highly recommend this home!

Delivered as promised

This was a wonderful home for our family vacation/gathering. The home is exactly as presented beautiful and fully stocked with everything we needed and expected. Master bedroom was downstairs, family room, and other bedrooms upstairs this allowed us all a little private time as well. We really enjoyed our stay - very well located to shopping, playgrounds within walking distance, and a small downtown area with wonderful restaurants also within walking distance. We will definitely book again.

Christmas in Grapevine

We brought our son , daughter in law, 3 year old grandson and 2 year old granddaughter to enjoy some of the Grapevine Christmas activities. We had a blast and staying at this beautiful house was part of the great experience. The host had thought of everything you could possibly need. They even had dog bowls, towels and bags for cleanup after potty time. The location was very convenient. We felt safe in this neighborhood. We will definitely be back.

Loved this property and the location! Our host, Aditi, was very helpful and checked to make sure we had everything we needed. The property was clean, beds were comfortable, and we loved the recliners upstairs! We really enjoyed our stay and will definitely choose to stay again in the future! Aditi was an excellent host! I can’t say enough great things about my stay with Urban Oasis! From the moment we arrived, their hospitality and flexibility truly stood out. Perfect Location

We really enjoyed staying in this beautiful home for the few days we were visiting Grapevine. The location was pretty perfect. Unfortunately, due to the Christmas weekend a lot of business were either closed or closed early so we didn’t get to enjoy a lot of the surrounding amenities. The host communicated in a timely manner and was very accommodating. It was a lot of house for just 2 adults and two toddlers but we couldn’t of asked for a better location. Easy check in and check out process. I do wish it had more of a cozy homey feel though. Would have liked some blankets to cuddle up on the couch and some extra pillows. And also some salt and pepper.

Texas vacation

Our mini vacation was with our son, daughter-in-law and two grandsons, ages four and almost two. The house was clean, neat, well appointed and comfortably large. There was a nice pack n' play with new linens for the almost two year old. We enjoyed the quiet, quaint neighborhood, the front porch and small back deck. Grapvine Mills Mall, where we visited Peppa Pig World and Lego Land, was less than a 10 minute drive. There was a nice, stroller friendly paved path to a deck overlooking Grapevine Lake. The paths leading down to the lake were too rough for small children. We walked approximately 1/2 mile to breakfast with the children in a stroller. Traffic was light and the streets had nice sidewalks. There was no television in the living room or any of the four bedrooms. There was a large TV in the upstairs bonus room with comfortable electric lounge chairs. Our family really enjoyed Urban Oasis, the walkable neighborhood, nearby restaurants and nearby kid friendly activities, including Dove water park.
