Stylish Condo near SMU, NorthPark & Greenville Ave with Pool
Welcome to your new home away from home in Dallas! You will love your comfortable stay here that is convenient to Dallas' major attractions, fantastic restaurants and bars. The king sized bed is the same bed that Westin hotels use. Linens are a high thread count Egyptian Cotton. There is a large open living room and kitchen. Everything has been tastefully updated and decorated. There is a small private balcony. The bathroom (along with every inch of the condo) is newly remodeled with a walk in shower. The bedroom is quite spacious and has its own flat screen tv. The condo is minutes from SMU campus, NorthPark shopping center and the fabulous restaurants and nightlife of Greenville Ave! The nearest train station is only a 10 min walk away.
Guests have 24/7 keyless access to the property... no need to meet anyone for keys. Your phone is your key or use a unique pin that is only good during your stay. The property does have a pool that is available for guest use.

Stayed for 8 nights. Decent value. Missing some supplies upon arrival but Host responded and rectified the problem quickly. Well located property but has some traffic noise. Late night noise from downstairs neighbor on two of the evenings.

Perfect for Family Weekend
