NIce place some frustrations

Overall the home was very nice and clean. A few things I would note. The manager will only communicate through text which was very frustrating because we could not get connection to internet due to being given wrong code and had very little cell service. Listing says accommodates 9 but in fact bed space is only 7 and no extra linens for a couch or otherwise. Managers response was "some choose to sleep 3 to a bed". That is not how I would typically think when booking a rental. Kitchen did not have enough silverware to accommodate our whole party nor was a kitchen towel or wash rag provided. (just a personal ting as I treat places I stay as my own home and keep tidy). If you like a fan in bedroom when you sleep there is no way to turn them on and they removed the remotes because people "lose them". The home itself is very spacious and nicely decorated. Location is central and was easy access to many places we intended to see. It appears to me that is an area that is being revamped so previous review about the area I can understand someone commenting on traveling alone, Coffee pods, soap, shampoo and conditioner were provided which was a nice touch.

Host was responsive but property was average

The maintenance was poor, supplies were not stocked well. Most appliances were new. However, the dishwasher was not functional. And it’s difficult staying with family and kids and not being able to wash dishes. The linen was not upto the mark. The neighborhood location was average. The host was responsive and helpful.

Nice facilities

Overall the house we stayed in was great. The location was a little bit suspect. Solo women travelers might want to find a more safe area. Updated and clean for sure.
