Load and start the dishwasher
Gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Collect & remove all trash and place in the dumpster. The trash dumpster is located in the other parking lot next to the handicap parking. Close the blinds and turn off all lights
To Lock the door: Press the lock button in lower right-hand corner of the smart
Load and start the dishwasher if any dishes were used.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

Rules

Be respectful of others. Bullying not tolerated. $500 smoking fee. No parties, promotions, commercial activity. No glitter, candles, fireworks.
Don't remove window screens. Damage to property will result in a $200 charge to the card on file. Report damage to property or unit immediately.
Register your vehicle. No parking on the street, only in designated spaces. Don't tamper w/ WiFi or camera equipment. $200 fee for each broken rule.
