This area is extremely walkable with restaurants and boutiques less than two streets away. If you bring a car, there's room to park in the gated car park behind the house. You're also a five minute walk from the Bishop Arts stop of the Dallas Tram.

This is the downstairs unit of a historic triplex. There are two additional units upstairs through a separate staircase. As a charming older home, the building has its natural sounds — which is exactly why we've stocked every room with sound machines and earplugs, so your whole family sleeps soundly no matter what.
