The hotel was pretty closed to the airport. Room was very clean and comfortable. Morning breakfast was served hot and fresh. I’ll definitely come back on my next trip

Heck in was 4:00 PM. We arrived at 7:30 PM and did not even get a room until 9:30 PM. Countless other guests all sitting around waiting for their rooms.

Good location from the airport. Is a new area so no walking is available. You need a car to go to restaurants. The hotel has a shuttle to places with 3 mile ratios we did not used it but was available. breakfast was good

Rooms were very very clean! The location was conveniently right off the interstate. Lots of unique restaurants nearby that even my local friend recommended. This was my sister's first time at a TRU hotel, she loved it! Loved the logical green initiatives that they put into place.

This hotel is popping with color. It feels warm, inviting, and comfortable. When you first walk into the space decor has many vibrant colors and it's very open. You can see everything. The front desk people that I worked with were very friendly and accommodating. My room was nice and clean. I really appreciated that they have blackout shades on their window in addition to another shade that has pinholes in it to allow sunlight through. I didn't need to wear my eye mask while I slept because the room was pitch black, making it way more comfortable. The bed was comfortable and the pillows were soft and foldable so you could mold them to your head. They have a complimentary breakfast with a good selection of different items. It had things such as fruit, cereal, yogurt, oatmeal, a variety of breads and muffins, some egg omelets, and sausage. They also had available coffee, hot tea, and hot chocolate for drinking. My stay here was pleasant and it felt very comfortable. I would definitely stay here again or recommend somebody to stay here.

This hotel was very convenient for our quick stay in the Irving area. The facility was very clean and well managed and the staff friendly and accommodating. They offered a shuttle service not only to the airport but to any restaurant within a couple of miles. This worked very well for us. The king room was on the small side but not a big deal for a short stay. I would stay again if in the area.

The rooms are huge! They make great use of the space and are very up to date. They also had pool tables and games in lobby which was exciting to see right when we walked in. Thisbwas our first time staying at a TRU by Hilton but we will definitely be using them in the future.

Parking was easy with plenty of spots available, even with a late-night arrival. Rooms are clean but VERY small. Beds and pillows are firm, good if that is your personal preference.
