"The hotel was clean and new. The beds were comfortable. Breakfast was just mediocre but overall a great stay."

"Floors in main area, elevator and room not clean. No soap in one bathroom main floor, breakfast was poorly stocked. Only one luggage cart and it was not available. Staff was not present at front desk (main lobby empty). "
