The Westin Dallas Park Central
The hotel lobby and common areas were nice. The room itself was fine. The bed was awful. Very saggy. The shower was a rain shower head with a hand held. The water pressure was decent but the handheld did not work fully. The AC didn’t cool as much as it should have. I will say the valet was timely ...

I found two cockroaches in my room. I told the staff thinking they would at least give me my deposit back or something and all they said was "ok I'll let the cleaners know".
