"Super attentive staff! I locked myself out- don't touch the deadlock! The battery on the swiper was dead, so the room couldn't be locked. Before I knew that, I thought this must be a quirk of the property, and needs the deadlock turned upon exist, and the swipe card will unlock it. That is not the case! All staff jumped right in to help, didn’t waste time making me feel bad- even though I did! Absolutely cool and clean room- great pillows! Amenities fresh and clean, one road away from the beach at such a great price, LOTS of food options around.What more can one ask for? One point to note, you will hear the doors of your neighbours open and close. "

"WE COULD NOT STAY BECAUSE THE OWNERS WERE STAYING THERE EVEN THOUGH THEY ACCEPTED OUR BOOKING AND I WAS CHARGED. I HAD TO FIND ALTERNATE ACCOMMODATION AT 4.30PM WITH TWO CHILDREN AND A PACKED CAR SITTING OUTSIDE THE ACCOMODATION. I WAS NOT IMPRESSED TO SAY THE LEAST. "
