IS superb enough of a description? Warm welcome, huge rooms with a view of the pool and lake with also a huge bathroom. An internet that really works and superfriendly service. The buffet for breakfast has an almost infinite selection and so has the dinner bufet. In adition, they have a chinese restaurant.

Simply Amazing!

We had an amazing stay at Jetwing Lake. What a beautiful and unique property with a stunning pool! It was so easy to visit Sigiriya and the Eco Park from there. The staff were amazing. And the food was excellent. We enjoyed the breakfast and dinner buffets each night. A very big thanks to the amazing staff who always went out of their way to make out stay even more amazing: Imantha, Ekanayake, Shan, Ashada, Kasun, Udithi, Halangoda, Madushan, Trileeshiya, Gimhani, Priyantha, Rizky, and the best from the housekeeping team, Sampath. Thank you to each of you.

Fine for families

This property had a beautiful view, but it lacked soul or atmosphere - it felt like a bit like you could be anywhere and the small bar area upstairs was mostly vacant. We ate in the Chinese restaurant both nights as as we do not like buffet dinners - and if the breakfast buffet is anything to go by then it's nothing to write home about. The service was great - lovely people. If you are a big family and don't want to feel conscious about making noise, with a laid back buffet area and plenty of grass for the kids to run around on, morning and night, this could be the place for you.

My stay at the Jetwing Lake was truly exceptional and easily the best hotel experience I've ever had. The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, always greeting me with a smile and going out of their way to make sure my stay was comfortable and enjoyable. The hotel's location was perfect, surrounded by nature and away from the hustle and bustle of city life. The serene and tranquil atmosphere made for a peaceful and restorative stay. The room itself was quiet and well-appointed, with stunning views from my balcony that left me in awe every morning. The wifi worked fine, not super fast but fast enough. I was also getting a good 4G signal on my phone. The breakfast was a highlight of my stay - delicious and varied, with plenty of options to suit all tastes. Overall, the Jetwing Lake exceeded my expectations in every way possible. If you're looking for a hotel that provides a perfect blend of rest, relaxation, and nature, this is the place for you.
