Great new facilities, wonderful staff everybody is smiling. Only bad experience was in hotel restaurant. First night was great meal and second night when chef was not in the kitchen, i had a terrible experience with the food. Hope they will take more care of the restaurant

The entire team, from the front office to housekeeping, demonstrated a commendable level of professionalism and efficiency. The front office staff provided a warm welcome and ensured a seamless check-in and check-out process. A special note of appreciation goes to the housekeeping team for their meticulous work. I was genuinely impressed by the impeccable cleanliness of the entire hotel, from the public areas to my room. A particular thank you to Manish, whose attention to detail and dedication were truly outstanding. The combination of a well-maintained property, a strategic location, and a dedicated, professional staff makes the First Grand Hotel Dammam a true gem. I would highly recommend it to anyone visiting the city.
