Overall, it was lovely experience; kids enjoyed a lot but only downfall was the air-conditioning system was not up to the mark or it might be due to humid conditions at that time. We stayed because of the close distance to where we wanted to go in Dammam. The daily cleaning is fine but not so much in the hidden spots. Bathroom sink had no sink cover and some rust in shower. Room very comfortable and service good. Laundry took longer time than usual.

Bad experience all around. Wouldn’t recommend it.

There was no hot water, and they only informed me at check-in time, which was too late to change, as it was nearly midnight. The omelette station guy is never there and you have to wait 5-10 minutes as he comes still using his phone and doesn’t look like he wants to help anyone. The tables in the restaurant are dirty and they barely clean them between customers, and when they do, they only clean the parts of the table that were used, not the whole table. The cafe staff and the reception staff are ALWAYS on their phone and don’t like their employees or working at the place. I would not recommend it at lol.
