This attractive new holiday apartment was built in 2020/21 in the heart of the Baltic Sea resort of Damp. It is located on the ground floor.

The apartment is close to the harbor and only about 400 meters from the main beach and about 300 meters from the dog beach.

Thanks to its prime central location, you can easily reach everything you need for a relaxing holiday (Baltic Sea, restaurants, wellness facilities, cycling, hiking, shopping, children's entertainment, water sports, sauna complex, mini-golf, wake park, and much more) on foot in just a few minutes.

With its 82 square meters, it offers ample space for up to 6 people and, with its very comfortable furnishings, ensures a wonderful holiday in the municipality of Damp.

The entire apartment has been furnished to a very high standard with comfortable furniture from "Reviera Maison" in a modern beach house style. Attention has been paid to many small details.

The living area flows seamlessly into the dining and kitchen area. The new, exclusive kitchen is fully equipped with high-quality appliances.

The bright living area features a large Smart TV with Magenta TV, various seating options, and a comfortable sofa that can be converted into a sofa bed (140 x 200 cm) if needed.

The apartment faces south and boasts a 34-square-meter bankirai wood terrace. The terrace is furnished with comfortable lounge furniture and sun loungers, allowing you to enjoy the sun from morning until late afternoon. Even the balmy summer evenings can be enjoyed here.

For a restful sleep, two very comfortable box-spring beds are available in the two bedrooms. Furthermore, the bedrooms, designed in a modern beach house style, are equipped with smart TVs and wardrobes. All rooms feature floor-to-ceiling, triple-glazed windows, which can be darkened with exterior roller shutters. A modern, digital ventilation system ensures ideal indoor air quality in all rooms. The barrier-free apartment offers a modern, naturally lit bathroom with a walk-in shower.
