SC Cozy Beach Apartment

  • SC Cozy Beach apartment is steps to the sand (150 yards) and positioned perfectly in front of one of the best beach trail and beach access points in town. A very comfortable and cozy beach apartment in a great location close to everything especially the beach. New TVs in both the living room and bedroom as well as new canned lighting and ceiling fans to go with the bamboo and tiled flooring throughout. This is the downstairs unit.

    This is a great value to get away to the beach and enjoy everything beautiful San Clemente has to offer from your doorstep. This unit has it's own private patio to relax outside. You have access to all the beach gear you might need including beach towels, umbrellas, beach chairs, coolers, surfboards, bodyboards, as well as stand up paddleboards.
