"We arrived in town for a wedding and had everything we needed for simple meals, a beach day, and comfortable accommodations! We loved this place!"

"Loved the location. Just across the street from the stairs to the beach. There is a great breakfast and taco stand across the street and a grocery store. Staff was friendly, room was TINY (hit the second bed with the door tiny), but it was clean. Walking distance to plenty of food and gift shops. Will definitely stay here again."

"The location was perfect. We were within walking distance of the beaches and all of the dining venues. The lady at the front desk, Marie, was very helpful and positive. Hotel and rooms very clean and staff vey friendly. The Southwest architectural design of the building was very different from the normal hotel appearances- very welcoming and charming. If back in the area in the future we will gladly stay here again."

"The hotel has a retro aesthetic with affordable, simple, and in a safe area. The location to the beach, downtown shops, and restaurants was great. Defiantly not a luxury hotel, but great for a couple days at Laguna Beach."

"I already reviewed this once, but will repeat my comments. This hotel has a great location, but it is really in need of major upgrades. Security was a big concern: there were several gates from the parking lot and street that were kept unlocked at all times; anyone could get in without passing the front desk. There were card readers on the room doors but they were not operational. My mattress was old and I could feel all the metal springs. I had to cover it with extra pillows in order to sleep....
