"Televisions didn't work upon arrival. Bathroom sink stopper was not functioning. Keys initially provided did not access fitness room. Music was constantly blaring in the hallways. In room coffee machine was not restocked as requested."

"Property was a mess. No one informed us that it was under construction and nothing worked, including phones in room. Restaurant buffet was mostly canned items and poor selection of items. However, the valets were awesome"

"Nice view, huge room and clean, breakfast is okay. The bad thing is you have to cross the bridge to get to the seaside and no restaurant nearby. Overall we enjoyed our stay in Beach Front!"

"Loved the location and amenities! It had everything we needed. Beach was beautiful- I could watch the surfers all day long! You have a shuttle that takes you to the beach if you don’t want to walk 2 minutes :) and you can request them to set up the chairs and umbrellas, get boogie boards. I find it a very nice add-on. Staff was beyond attentive!! Food at restaurants was very good! You almost don’t need to leave, but you do have a gorgeous area around so it’s nice to venture off to San Clemente or Laguna Beach. We live in Venice beach only a little over 1 hour away and this felt like a nice vacation!!"
