Sleeping arrangements

One king bedroom on the main level offers an ensuite bathroom with a Jacuzzi tub. Two queen‑over‑queen bunk rooms on the second level provide cozy lofted sleeping for families or groups. A shared full bathroom serves the upper bedrooms, while a queen sleeper sofa in the living room adds flexibility. A half bathroom on the main level adds convenience. The cabin sleeps 12 across 3 bedrooms and 6 beds.



Indoor living

Smart TVs are placed in each bedroom and the living room for relaxed evenings. An indoor fireplace warms the main floor on cooler days, and a private arcade with a multicade cabinet, Big Buck Shooter, and foosball table invites friendly competition. A private double‑decker dock includes a sun deck, swim platform, and covered boat slip; direct lake access is seasonal (mid‑Sept to mid‑Apr) and the lake is currently drained, with refilling expected around mid‑April. The steep driveway has ample turn‑around space; 4WD may be needed when snow or ice is present.



Family‑friendly features

A pack and play and high chair are provided for small children. The home is pet‑friendly for up to two dogs. Laundry amenities, fresh linens, room‑darkening shades, extra pillows and blankets ensure comfort for longer stays.

Indian Creek Boat Ramp lies about three miles away for guests who bring a boat once the lake refills. The surrounding Smoky Mountain region offers year‑round outdoor adventures, fresh air, and nearby attractions within easy reach.
