Summary:
Welcome to your lakefront home base in Dandridge’s Waterside on Douglas Lake. This 3-bedroom house sleeps up to 6 and pairs sweeping lake-and-mountain views with resort amenities and easy access to Douglas Lake.
The Space:
Set in a gated resort community, this comfortable, stylish home is designed for relaxed lake days and cozy nights in. The open-concept main level features a gourmet kitchen with stone countertops, custom cabinetry, a coffee station, and passthrough windows to the balcony—handy for serving snacks or drinks outdoors. A dining table for six sits adjacent.
In the living area, soaring ceilings, a plush sectional, and a gas fireplace create a welcoming gathering spot. Enjoy movie nights on the Smart TV or a friendly game on the pool table—both set against floor-to-ceiling windows that frame the water and Smoky Mountains beyond.
Step onto the covered balcony for fresh air, comfortable seating, a high-top dining area, and a BBQ grill. A lower deck offers an additional outdoor nook to unwind and take in the view. Practical touches include WiFi, a laptop-friendly workspace, and an in-home washer and dryer.
