Staff was very friendly and helpful, especially albin? Tall young bearded guy on the evening shift. A young lady also gave helpful dinner information. No earlier checkin available as advertised. The buffet breakfast was extensive. European choices, often unusual for Americans.

Wonderful stay - incredible staff and a beautiful hotel. IT is a shame we didn't know the Spa was long-term out of action before we booked.
