The Loft at 170 Main - Enough Room for Everyone!

Bring the whole family to The Loft with lots of room for fun and relaxation. Perfect for any family or corporate gathering, meeting, retreat, or other event. Centrally located to many attractions in the beautiful Finger Lakes Region of New York including Stony Brook, Letchworth, and Watkins Glen State Parks. 45 minutes from Corning and Rochester, 90 minutes from Buffalo. Walking distance to coffee shops, restaurants, and the Battle Street Brewery. Driving distance to 3 Ski Areas.

Our Rustic Industrial Style Loft is two floors with 5 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms. 4 bedrooms with Queen beds and a bunk room with 2 full size beds and 2 singles and a loft. Sleeps up to 14 in beds. The downstairs living room has a huge sectional couch facing a 75 inch TV. Upstairs has a pool table and a supply of nerf guns for the kids.

The Loft is a 2nd and 3rd floor apartment right on Main street in the rural village of Dansville, New York. Main street has multiple coffee shops, cafe's, pizza shops, bars, and restaurants a short walk away. A CVS pharmacy, Convenient, Dollar General, Tops grocery, Big Lots, Tractor Supply, and fast food are a walk or a very short drive away. There is free parking on Ossian Street right in front of the entrance and some parking in the back of the building.

Amazing place to celebrate and get together!

We had such an amazing stay here we booked a week in August to come bsck. Being born and raised in Dansville, this is a great home away from home for us when in town visiting family with our kids. Our summer stay will give us the opportunity to visit Stoney Brook, Letchworth, the Finger Lakes and Niagara Falls with the kids! Thank you for sharing such a beautiful place with us!

Perfect place for our family!

We were in town visiting family and our family has grown too big to all stay together so this was the perfect find! It was wide open for the kids to be able to run around and space out. They also had toys for the kiddos to play with in addition to all the fun adult games! The hosts were quick to respond and very helpful when we had any questions. The location is also perfect to be able to walk around downtown Dansville if you want. We will definitely be booking again!

Excellent place for groups/families

It's an outstanding place to stay. We were an extended family with kids, and this place was perfect. The kids had a blast with the huge upstairs gaming area (pool table, ping pong, and multiple TVs)and bunk bed room with loft. It is within walking distance of stores and restaurants. It is a perfect location for larger groups with or without kids to stay if you are in the Dansville area. Thank you.

The loft was amazing! We were in town for a Family Reunion of sorts and this place was perfect for my family. Six adults and two teenagers and we had so much room. Had some family over and still had room! Easy to walk anywhere in downtown Dansville. The host was easy to work with. I cannot recommend this property enough!

We recently stayed at The Loft for a women's retreat, and we couldn’t have asked for a better space! The facility is absolutely beautiful—every detail has been thoughtfully designed to create a warm, welcoming, and functional environment. From the large cozy gathering areas to the kitchen and large table and plenty of sleeping spaces, it’s clear that the hosts have gone above and beyond. They truly thought of everything—and then some! This space made our retreat feel extra special, and we’re already talking about coming back. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a spacious, and perfect place to get away and create memories.

The loft gave such a good vibe. We were blessing with lots of family fun. Our teenagers put the phone down and we played pool, ping pong, board games, cards and had the best time with the nerf guns. We went Hot Air Ballooning in Letchworth State Park. It was a little over 45 minute ride from the Loft. I can wait to see when the mural is done. Please post pictures.
