"The hotel was immaculate, with clean room and overall amenities. The staff were very helpful and attentive to our requests. the location was within walking distance to the canal, shops and restaurants.
However, the room services need to be upgraded, as they did bare minimum. they did not replenish vanity stuff on daily basis."

"Great hotel to stay for several days on Vienna. Stuff is very helpful, especially russian speaking lady at the desk ( very beatiful ). Breakfast is average but decent. U wont stay hungry for sure. Clean rooms. AC wroking properly ( 624 ). Was staying with my sister and her son - 3rd bed was comfortable enough."
