"Our second time staying here. Hotel is nice and clean, location is convenient, just right by the subway station. Most importantly staff are super friendly and helpful. We really appreciate the excellent service, especially from their front desk team. My uncle didn’t feel well during the day and had to go to hospital to do checkups on Nov 7, front desk staff gave him suggestion for Taipei hospital to avoid long lineups, and called taxi for him and my aunt, he also did a follow up after they came back from the hospital. Love their breakfast and will definitely come back next time !"

"We have a king size bed in our room. At first when you walk in, you will see the shower first. It might be weird but overall, we like the room. The staffs are all excellent in customer service. They offer their assistance in anything you need. Super convenient to MRT, high-speed railway, or buses as you are 2 mins walk to Taipei Main Station. Highly recommend!"

"The room was spacious, the bed was so comfortable, the room and hotel were spotless. The staff was wonderful and so helpful. We had a club room on the 19th floor and the lounge staff and experience for breakfast, afternoon tea and cocktails in the evening truly made our stay very comfortable. The location in Zhongshan was perfect for dept store shopping as well as shopping along the quaint lanes of Chi Feng St and Zhongshan Road."

The club rooms were spacious and provided a comfortable night sleep. The club lounge was also comfortable with a decent range of food and drink. "We had a delightful stay at Hotel Metropolitan Premier Taipei. The service staff were exceptionally polite and helpful throughout our stay. The room was spacious (in Asian standard) and clean, although the decor could use some updates. It appears to be quite dated. I also thoroughly enjoyed the hotel amenities, particularly the sauna and soaking pools. They reminded me of a public bath in Japan. The hotel offers some great dining options, including Chinese and Japanese restaurants, as well as a buffet. Also, its location right across a metro station makes it highly convenient to use public transportation."
