"Kimmer was delightful. I somehow “popped” a breaker so I reached out to her. She responded promptly, telling me what to do to rectify the problem and offered to come by to fix it herself. We had a lovely conversation. If I ever have the need for a place to stay in the future, I hope this property is available!"

"The hotel itself is top-notch, with excellent facilities and overall comfort. However, I rated it 4 stars due to a false fire alarm that occurred in the middle of the night, which disrupted our sleep for approximately 30 minutes. Unfortunately, there was no follow-up or apology from the hotel afterward, which was disappointing."
