"Dated hotel, room was okay, bar and restaurant was very good and the shuttle service was excellent!"

"Our original room was dingy and their mold in the conditioner bottle provided in the shower. We insisted they change our room which they did. New room was brighter but the a/c unit in the new room was quite loud. The men's sauna was broken and although we reported it, it was never fixed during our stay. The amenities in the room were meh. The quality of the shampoo/body wash provided in the shower was cheap. Had to go out an buy decent shampoo and conditioner. On the plus, the hotel was quiet and centrally located. Would be better if they provided a breakfast. Probably won't stay there again. Also the hotel had no free parking which was a negative."

"Stayed end of May. Overpriced for this level of hotel. It was $400+ a night. The hotel was very busy with hockey families in for tournaments. The hotel itself is dated but the room we had was very large. Bonus was having a tub and not just a shower!! Was nice to have a bathtub and not just a shower. Pool was looking run down and could use some maintenance."

"Our favourite place to stay while we are in the Halifax/Bedford area. Staff are always very friendly and welcoming, hotel is well maintained, rooms are clean and beds are very very comfortable. Breakfast is plentiful and again very clean. Coffee and tea are always available in the lobby. Conveniently located with easy access to the highway and just a short drive to Costco and Bayer’s Lake shopping/dining district."
