Perfect for short stay

This was an ideal place for us to stay - short trip to visit family in the area. We like the convenience of a kutchen to make tea, coffee and quick snacks. Location was ideal and the host was lovely - so friendly. Suite had everything we needed, plus extra touches such as toiletries and tea and coffee were provided.

Small But Comfortable

This clean neat and comfortable space provided a place to sleep but not much room to relax except on the bed. The tiny kitchen area allowed us to cook some meals. The shower was large enough to accommodate my tall husband. The air conditioner is noisy and has the duct going up the outside wall on the room. Not having a window was a bit of an adjustment. It was a place to rest our heads.

Everything was as expected. Clean and comfortable with easy access and street parking. Area was safe.Positives:Lots of stuff close by (restaurants/groceries/shopping).Good hot water pressure! Extra toiletries if you forgot (did not use but nice touch).Negatives: There is noise as you are staying directly underneath a family with kids. (They didn’t ever disturb our sleep but during the day it is loud). Bathroom vanity is small - but picture shows that so we knew that going in. The kitchen area is even smaller, but we did not use it so made no difference us.There is no window egress but we also knew that and accepted it.

incredibly kind accomodating host, very nice spot for 2 people everything you could need at a fair price. The host was incredibly sweet. Excellent location for parking, shopping, etc with or without vehicle. Easy to travel to all Halifax and Dartmouth area . I miss windows but although lacking, it is bright inside. Communications answered promptly. If you like cooking, i found i miss a stove although other appliance are there to replace that. I was vertically challenged so could not reach alot lol. Air conditioning would great!
