"It was really great staying here as a family with three younger children. The host responded in a timely manner. "

The listing mentioned on-site parking, but we had to find street parking and carry our belongings over couple of meters to the basement, even though there was space for two vehicles and the host did not allow us to park. Vrbo charged for cleaning while booking, but the place was not properly cleaned. The toilet was dirty (hair, tissues, and dirt -have evidence), and we had to request wipes to clean it ourselves. What sort of unprofessional services you guys are providing. The host also demanded that we empty the dustbin before checkout or pay an extra for the cleaner. It is Vrbo’s responsibility to take on some action and avoid disappointing valuable customers. Overall, waste of money and frustrated with your services. "

"The house was very sparsely equipped. There were no water glasses, no coffee maker, no cork screw or bottle opener and very few utensils. The furniture was cheap and uncomfortable in the living/tv rooms.The house itself is beautiful and very new. It is just a pity that virtually no thought is given to the comfort of the guests. It could be a great property. It needs a door at the top of the basement stairs as the owners in the basement could easily be heard when they were home."
