Good service and accommodation

It served its purpose very well in spite of a smell of cigarette smoke in the room. Duvets were very heavy. Convenient for motorway.

Une nuit dans cet établissement, c'est-à-dire déjà de trop. Pas de chauffage, ni eau chaude, état délabré des équipements, faire soit-même son branchement télé, jour sous la porte du couloir principal.. hyper décevant pour une nuit à 90 euros!

Bonne expérience dans l'ensemble, perit bémol pour l'état de la salle de bain, les joints de la douche ne sont pas en très bonne états, la barre de douche n'était pas en bon état, et impossible d'avoir de l'eau chaude au lavabo. Le pire Kyriad que j'ai fait. Hotel de 40 ans sans travaux, chambre sale. PDJ pas cher mais le buffet va avec. Je vous passe les photos des poils et des cheveux dans la salle de bain.

La chambre qui nous a été attribuée pour 3 personnes, la n°104, était très médiocre : les lamelles du plafond de la SDB étaient decollées, la plaque qui recouvre le bas de la baignoire était sortie, la chasse d'eau ne fonctionnait pas correctement avec de l'eau qui montait jusqu'au rebord de la cuvette, une chaleur difficilement supportable malgré le ventilateur sur pied mis à disposition et un manque de prises pour recharger nos portables. Ma fille n'a pas pu dormir correctement car elle avait la lumière forte du couloir qui passait sous la porte de la chambre sans s'éteindre. Et même si cette chambre est à l'opposé de l'autoroute, l'ouverture de la fenêtre donne directement sur les branches d'un arbre situé devant donc difficile de laisser la fenêtre ouverte. Nous étions déjà venus il y a 2 ans, pour 2 nuits à des dates différentes, l'état des chambres n'était pas aussi dégradé. Nous ne renouvellerons plus l'expérience dans cet hôtel.

Super accueil, 1 merci spécial à Mr Pichon qui a été adorable à notre arrivé. Chambre propre et confortable mais étant au rdc je n ai pas ouvert fenêtre donc très chaud dans la chambre le seul bémol. Petit dej avec du choix et bon. Je recommande hôtel kyriad Nemours après 2 expériences satisfaisante.
