Really great stay

This was an unexpectedly lovely place to stay. Whilst not technically a hotel experience the complex were very accomodating to an early check-in, having a car available to use, the proximity to beach swimming and restaurants was excellent.

Beautiful location, and we really enjoyed our time here. Do not come here, though, if you expect to have all of your mess cleaned up for you when you leave - its very clear in the rule book. Nothing wrong with this rule, but for some this can be a deal breaker. They also did not tell us they had changed our parking space until 3 hrs before the car needed to be moved, and we were out on a fishing charter. Our car ended up with notes all over it. Seems like something that could have been avoided, but perhaps they gave us all the notice they had. Other than those issues, this is near perfect location and very lux for Darwin. We sampled a wide variety of the restaurants available at the Water Front and every one was tasty. The walks around that area are lovely and Darwin CBD is very accessable from the water feont through the sky bridge. Very happy. Thank you!

Our stay at the apartment was brilliant. From the easy to follow check in instructions, as we arrived late, to the surprise of the welcome pack. It was like walking into a home not an apartment. The location is top notch, right in the middle of the vibrant waterfront district. We will be recommending it to all.

I was impressed, the greeting on arrival was pleasant. The Apartments are spacious and well appointed.The view was great, we even had 2 Sulfur Crested Cockatoos visit our balcony.

The property is in a great location. Even though the office isn't open very much it was a simple process with good communication. We had a three bedroom apartment that was massive, clean with a fully fitted out kitchen and free WIFI. We loved it. Only improvement would be to include toiletries - there was only hand soap, and a large shower gel container on the floor in each shower. So not much to be improved on.
