Property is becoming dated and needs upgrading. Loose kitchen tap, loose door handles and other items in need of maintenance. Had a ten day stay and had to ask for change of sheets and towels. General appearance of grout around tiles in bathroom and balcony in poor condition. Not the best apartment hotel we have stayed in and I am generally easily pleased.

Very central location. Friendly staff and good sized room. Hotel is (around the corner from Woolworths) close to the courts and Parliament. Furniture was modern, practical, clean and up to date. The cafe downstairs is well run and the staff knew my order with a day or so. Other guests were friendly when we interacted.?

We had an apartment on the 17 floor…. Excellent view… room nice and tidy… washing machine/dryer was very good to have in room… the only thing is have room serviced every second day … instead of once per stay..

Liked the room, it was very well laid out except the carpet was patched and worn in some areas of the room. Restaurant advertised bacon / egg muffin with coffee on the blackboard in the lobby. When we ordered this we were told this is for only weekdays only, why then not remove the blackboard on a weekend.
