Originally had an issue with room assignment, had booked a non smoking room, but the room provided had a heavy lingering cigarette smell. Team were quick to remedy this by offering a new room which is much appreciated. We found during our stay the air con wasn’t sufficient enough to combat the humidity, ...

The breakfast was good. Room was spacious and all staff very friendly, especially pleased with the gentleman at the concierge for assisting us in many things. (Can’t remember his name). Overall, highly recommended.
