The place is nice, hosts are helpful, but there were some problems. We couldn't close the door of the room, there were no water sometimes. The bed and food were not perfect but ok. You can order food from menu for dinner, very tasty. Too many people on summer weekends at Sevan :)

I had a wonderful experience dining here, and I want to highlight the exceptional staff who truly made the visit memorable. From the moment we walked in, we were greeted with genuine smiles and professionalism. The host was warm and welcoming, and our server was attentive without being intrusive. The staff worked efficiently and with clear teamwork, even during the busy rush. Our food came out promptly, and everything was served with care and attention to detail. The kitchen team deserves a shoutout as well—every dish was fresh, flavorful, and beautifully presented. What impressed me most was how the staff remained calm, polite, and helpful even while juggling multiple tables. It’s clear they care about the customer experience and take pride in their work. Thank you to the entire team—you made our night feel special. We’ll definitely be returning!
