Staff are professional and highly attentive. A standout moment: when we struggled to get a taxi to Suryakund for the laser show, the staff immediately organized a reliable e-riksha for us. The driver stayed with us and dropped us back safely for a nominal charge. This personalized, problem-solving service was deeply appreciated. ​Furthermore, the manager personally greeted us and gifted each of us a lovely orange scarf with the image of Ram—a thoughtful, spiritual gesture. ​Dining Experience ​The food was very nice. The breakfast buffet was excellent, offering wide variety. Waiters were consistently helpful and prompt. ​Final Verdict ​I highly recommend Ira by Orchid.
