"The property was lovely but for a couple it was kid central so didn’t use the pool other than one afternoon because it was so busy. Housekeeping asked if we wanted sheets and towels changed, which we said we were ok but still could have made the bed, replaced coffee and water, picked up the washcloth in the shower etc. just little tidy up is nice. Staff were lovely !! The lobby lounge has good snacks and wine. Not always easy to find in Taiwan. Our private hot spring onsen was amazing !!"
"This is a great option for young families and those visiting the area. The hotel’s hot pools, Red Lantern roast duck set meal, and rooms are a highlight, and the there are plenty of activities for kids. The hotel is located next to a large mall with a Carrefour in the bottom for any shopping needs. Highly recommend."
"From the beginning to the end, perfection! Japanese style hotel, with great common spaces, spa, onsen baths in room! Staf is perfect fri fly and willing th help with every need. 5 star hospitality! Mr. Peterson helped with everything, Mr. Rio/ Leo was very helpful with World Cup updates and Ms Winnie was a champion of the activity room! Great stay with great staff! A credit to the leadership of the hotel!"
