036 Island Time- LEVEL 2 TESLA CHARGING AVAILABLE AT THE HOME -Perfect water-front home for two families! Serene Island Time has it all. With sound system speakers on both decks, you can enjoy your favorite music while experiencing canal and gulf views from the front, or the sweeping, unobstructed views of the Mississippi Sound from the back deck. The open-floor plan features a spacious, well-equipped kitchen. Ten can dine utilizing the four bar stools at the counter adjacent to the six-top dining table. The living room sectional gathers your family around a substantial stone mantle. The East side of the house offers a Master bedroom with a queen bed, tv and dvd player, and a 2nd bedroom with a twin bed and twin bunk beds, cleverly stocked with toys, games, and kid equipment. The shared bath on that side has a tub/shower combo. The west side also offers a bedroom with a queen bed and tv/dvd player, a hall bath with a tub/shower combo, laundry room, and fourth bedroom with two twin beds. You�ll appreciate the modern, nautical d�cor and accommodating extra touches of this home.
